The Rock School is a growing, thriving PK-12 Christian school serving over 550 students with an additional 250+ on a waiting list. We are looking for passionate, motivated teachers to join our expanding staff in our vision “to make disciples of Jesus who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to courageously cooperate with God in the work of redeeming the world.”
The Rock School is an official International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the Diploma Programme (DP) for grades 11 & 12 starting in fall 2023. Our Middle Years Programme (MYP) will be authorized in fall 2023 for grades 6-10, and our Primary Years Programme (PYP) will be authorized in 2024 for grades PK-5. Unlike the traditional magnet program in Florida’s districts school systems, we embrace the philosophy of “IB for All,” meaning all students will receive an IB education at all grade levels at The Rock School. We will be just the third IB continuum school in Florida and the only PK-12 IB Christian school in the United States.
To learn more about our vision for Christian education and IB Education, watch this presentation from our Headmaster, Jim McKenzie.
